Weekly yoga classes
A slow and steady meditative yoga practice, including a guided relaxation exercise at the end. Classes focus on developing optimal health through mindful movement and body awareness. Suitable for all levels – you choose how gently or strongly you want to work according to your current needs. Learn about your body, health maintenance and strategies for improving physical and mental wellbeing. Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike. Trauma-sensitive classes.

13, 20, 27 Sept; 11, 18, 25 Oct; 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 Nov; 6 Dec
Note: there is no class on 4 October
Fees for autumn term 2023:
New students: first class free of charge
Drop-in: £10 per class
Whole term: £80
Half term 1 or 2: £50
