Weekly yoga classes
A slow and steady meditative yoga practice, including a guided relaxation exercise at the end. Classes focus on developing optimal health through mindful movement and body awareness, with a different theme to explore each term.
Suitable for all levels – you choose how gently or strongly you want to work according to your current needs. Learn about your body, health maintenance and strategies for improving physical and mental wellbeing. Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike.
