Weekly yoga classes
My classes are always slow, progressive and adaptable yoga practices, including a guided relaxation exercise at the end. All my classes focus on promoting optimal health through mindful movement and body awareness, developing flexibility and strength, underpinned by yoga philosophy, and with a different theme to explore each term.
Suitable for all levels – you choose how gently or strongly you want to work according to your current needs. Learn about your body, health maintenance and yoga strategies for improving physical and mental wellbeing. Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike.
There is a Monday morning class in person in Bristol, and a Tuesday evening class online - see below.
"I would highly recommend Andrea's classes. There is always a wonderful mix of the cerebral alongside the physical. Endlessly interesting." Julie

"I thoroughly enjoyed yesterday's class - it made me realise how much I've missed yoga. And I have less pain today!" Mary
"Andrea's class was a welcome invitation to drop the baggage of my day and rest into myself, to be moved from my breath to discover and explore the parts of my body which habitually hold me, to counter the pressures of everyday life." William

"A big thank you for doing these online sessions Andrea. They've made such a difference to me over the last few weeks. Your classes have really put me back on track to feeling good."
"Having the classes on Zoom took away a great deal of pressure, e.g. having to travel to a venue, find a parking space, and so on. It was also very relaxed: I could be in my own space, calm and private, no need to worry about my appearance or having to nip out of the room!"

You can either book a term in advance or pay as you go.
- If you pay as you go - you only pay for the classes you attend, so fees can be transferred. This is a more flexible option.
- If you block book a term - you are reserving your spot in class in advance and these fees are non-refundable. However if you miss an in-person class, you are welcome to attend an online class that week instead - or else give your spot to a friend! This option is for regular attenders and there is a lower fee for block-booking in advance.
