Weekly yoga classes
My yoga classes are slow, progressive and adaptable yoga practices, including a guided relaxation exercise at the end.
All my classes focus on optimising health through mindful movement and body awareness, developing flexibility and strength.
Practices are underpinned by yoga philosophy, and we take a different theme to explore each term.
All levels welcome - you choose how gently or strongly you want to work according to your current needs on the day. Supportive guidance given throughout.
Learn about and explore your body. Develop health maintenance and yoga strategies for improving physical and mental wellbeing. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
I offer a Monday morning yoga class in Bristol, and Tuesday evening class online - see details below.

Theme: Patterns of Health (the ways your body and mind stay steady and function well)
Dates: 8, 15, 22, 29 September, 6, 13 October (6 classes)
Fees: £54 for block of 6 classes, or £12 per class

Theme: Patterns of Wellbeing (the qualities and habits that cultivate a sense of calm and feeling good)

You can either book a term in advance, or pay as you go.
