YOGA & ROLFING with Andrea Newman

Weekly yoga classes

My yoga classes are slow, progressive and adaptable yoga practices, including a guided relaxation exercise at the end.

"Having the classes on Zoom took away a great deal of pressure, eg. having to travel to a venue, find a parking space, and son on. It was also vey relaxed - I could be in my own space, calm and private, no need to worry about my appearance or having to nip out of the room!" - Kim

Booking a place

You can either book a term in advance, or pay as you go.

  • If you pay as you go - you only pay for the classes you attend, so fees can be transferred if you've paid but can't make it. This is a more flexible option.
  • If you block book a term - you are reserving your spot in class in advance and these fees are non-refundable. However if you miss an in-person class, you are welcome to attend an online class that week instead - or else give your spot to a friend. If you miss any class you have paid for, you'll receive a link to the online class to use at your leisure.

Payment by bank transfer or cash on the day. You'll receive bank details by email on booking.
