Appointment times
Appointments are available every Tuesday and Wednesday from 9-5pm (final appointment 4pm).
Other days/times are possible on an irregular basis some weeks - please enquire.
Sessions are methodical and specific, focusing on efficient and precise interventions so as not to overwhelm the system. Rolfing sessions are 60 minutes, though sometimes run on longer when needed - let me know on arrival if you have time constraints.

Rolfing 10-series £85 per session
Initial consultation and treatment £85
One-off advanced treatment £85

Teens initial consultation £75
Teens follow up sessions: £45-75
Note: Your session fees will remain the same throughout your Rolfing process, irrespective of any general fee increases.

Coming to a Rolfing session
- Please confirm your Rolfing session reservation by paying the session fee by BACS.
- If you have a raised temperature, or any cold or flu-like symptoms, or are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, get in touch to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- It's easiest for me to work if you are in underwear or swimwear for your Rolfing session. Avoid 'racerback' or crossed strap bra tops. (If you feel uncomfortable about being in underwear, let me know and we'll discuss what clothing is best to wear.)
- In the bathroom there are bar and liquid soap, paper hand towels, hand moisturiser and liquid alcohol-based hand sanitiser which are provided for your use. The water in the bathroom is mains drinking water.
- Please remove your shoes before entering the Rolfing room. There are coat hooks for your use on the wall just outside the door.
- I work with bare hands and occasionally with gloves. The gloves I use are non-latex.
- Your comfort is important. During the session let me know right away if you feel too hot or too cold, or if there's anything that you feel uncomfortable about.
- Minors must always be accompanied by one parent, and always the same parent for each session, for continuity.
