Improving your posture and relieving back and joint pain

Alcombe Friendship Group is one of the West Somerset Active Living Centres, with
the aim of promoting good health in people aged 50+. These meetings run
approximately once a fortnight during term time and are open to all. On
the 4th November I will be giving a talk about Rolfing.
11am-2pm. The talk will be given before lunch. Attendance
is free of charge. A donation of 50p is requested towards tea and coffee.
A delicious usually 3-course vegetarian lunch is available at 12.30pm for a
donation of £2.50. |
