Meditation

Meditation is an invaluable life skill.  Regular meditation practice has been shown to reduce the effects of stress, lower blood pressure and has a healing effect on the mind and body.  It is also central to many spiritual traditions. 

 

Meditation can be practised by anyone.  My beginners' course is suitable for those interested in learning the practice of meditation.  No previous experience or ability necessary.  All welcome.  Please book to be sure of a place.
